“Great accessories but the phone number is listed as the wrong number which isn’t good. I had left my Amex card in store and panicked and had no way of reaching the store to check. So I had to drive all the way back and freeze my card. Even the Simon mall website has an outdated number for them. Other than that this store has been around some years and I’d recommend this place because they have cute unique African accessories but this definitely wasn’t a good feeling that a business I support and shop hasn’t updated their contact information and the cashier even knew it was outdated and said yes it’s the wrong number so that’s the only reason I’m giving them less stars other than that it would have been 5 out of 5 stars.”

“I was blatantly overcharged for a pair of earrings today. The specifics: I picked up a pair of earrings from the $5.00 section. There was another identical pair in the same section. The salesperson was emphatic that they cost $10 and were placed in the wrong place. Please do better Zee Craft with honoring your prices. The salesperson simply didn't want to adjust the price. I clearly should have returned them, but I was in a hurry. The salesperson that was there today is completely unaware of the earring prices. She had to keep walking over to look at prices and earrings before completing the transaction.”
